お客様から「届いた桃がまだ固い」とのお声をいただくことがございますが、これは配送中の傷みを防ぐため、「採れたての新鮮で固い桃」を収穫し、クール便でお届けしているからです。ご安心ください。
一番美味しい状態で召し上がっていただくための、簡単2ステップです。
💡 美味しく食べるための2ステップ

① まずは「常温」で数日置く(最重要!) 冷蔵庫には入れず、風通しの良い涼しいお部屋(常温)に数日置いてください。止まっていた「追熟(柔らかく甘くなること)」が再び始まり、どんどん美味しくなります。

② 食べる「2〜3時間前」に冷蔵庫へ 全体が十分に柔らかくなったら食べ頃です。食べる直前に少し冷やすと、本来のジューシーな甘みが一番引き立ちます。

Some customers may find that their peaches are still a bit firm when they arrive. Please don’t worry!
We intentionally harvest our peaches while they are fresh and firm, and ship them via refrigerated delivery (Chilled Cool Express) to prevent any damage during transit. The cold temperature temporarily stops the ripening process, which is why they arrive firm.
Here are 2 simple steps to enjoy them at their absolute best!
💡 2 Easy Steps to Delicious Peaches

Step 1: Keep at “Room Temperature” for a few days (Most Important!) Do NOT put them in the refrigerator right away. Keep them in a well-ventilated, cool room at room temperature for a few days. They will start ripening again, becoming soft, sweet, and juicy!

Step 2: Chill in the fridge for “2–3 hours” before eating Once the peaches are completely soft, they are ready to eat! Just chill them in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours right before serving to bring out their ultimate sweetness.
